Biography of Dr. Pheakdey TUN
He was born on June 5th, 1970 in Prey Angkunh village, Prey Angkunh commune, Chantrea district, Svay Rieng Province where is located in the eastern part of Cambodia.
In the Khmer Rouge Regime (1975-1979), he was mobilized and forced to labor heavily as a compost fertilizer collector alongside the Kro Vang Mountains Pursat Province.
