Faculty of Agriculture & Rural Development was established and recognized officially by Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport in 2009. This faculty plays an important role in improving and building human resources and human capitals with the professional skills in agriculture, irrigation systems, rural development, natural resource management, agronomy, fisheries breeding and forestry management.

The objectives are defined as the following:
- To prepare the curricula reaching to industrial and technological revolution
- To provide the students with sufficient ability in agriculture and rural development
- To provide the students good quality of education through teaching methodology , 
   practice and experiment
- To provide the students knowledge, skill and capability related to agriculture and 
   rural development.
- To enhance the students’ living-standard and welfare.
