Vision

       Provision to build up the students ability in English with four skills applied globally through English Supporting Program. 
Mission
       Is committed to enhancing and enriching the human resource with English  Language in order to strengthen four basic skills which rely on good qualification of Lecturers, curriculum, physical materials and compulsory discipline.
