Office of the President is managed by a head of office and two deputies of office, and has duties and responsibilities as the follow:
·       To check all documents before being approved by the president
·       To date availability to have appointment with manager staff
·       To issue appointment letters and involved administrative forms
·       To initiate to arrange other general knowledge programs
·       To manage all certificates of degree
