Economic Enterprise

Economic Enterprise

Economic Enterprise is characterised by a strong personal involvement of its members in the management of the company and the absence of seeking profits in order to remunerate shareholders capital. Due to their specific way of doing business which associates economic performance, democratic operation and solidarity amongst members, they also contribute to the implementation of important Community objectives, particularly in the fields of employment, social cohesion, regional and rural development, environmental protection, consumer protection, and social security policies.
